The Wiltshire Caledonian Pipes & Drums are delighted to have been invited to perform at the Shipton Bellinger Village Burns Night Dinner on Saturday the 17th of January 2026
This will be the Band's first performance of 2026, and the first Burns Night performance of the year!!!
This is a public event so come along and support the Village Hall, a wonderful and traditional three course supper accompanied by the Wiltshire Caledonian Pipes & Drums and a Ceilidh Band.
Tickets are £30.00 per person and there are still a few available.
The Wiltshire Caledonian Pipes & Drums are delighted to perform at this traditional Burns Night Supper hosted by the Landlord, Jonathan, of this much loved high street pub nestled in the heart of the picturesque Market town of Shaftesbury, Dorset.
This quintessentially English pub is famous for its tiered outdoor terrace with stunning views overlooking Melbury Hill and out across the Blackmore Vale.
It’s time to dust off the tartan and join the team at the Mitre Inn for an unforgettable evening celebrating Scotland’s greatest poet, Robert Burns.
On this special night, enjoy the stirring sounds of a trio of traditional bagpipers, from the award winning Wiltshire Caledonian Pipes & Drums who will be performing, live, from 7:00pm, while you indulge in a classic Burns Night supper.
Our chefs have created a traditional four-course menu, thoughtfully paired with wine, to honour the spirit and flavours of Scotland.

We are delighted to be playing at the The Greater Good Pub at Fovant helping their customers, guests and friends to enjoy an amazing Burns Night, with a traditional Haggis Dinner.

The Wiltshire Caledonian Pipes & Drums are delighted to support this absolutely magnificent event organised by Helen Wilson of the Bourne Valley Scouts who is fundraising to raise funds in order to attend the World Scout Jamboree 2027 which will be held in Poland!
This Burns Night event is totally traditional, with traditional toasts, speeches and poetry. There will be, of course, soaring music played on the Scottish Highland Bagpipes, a three course supper, licensed bar, music and dancing.
This is a public event and for a very good cause, so why not support Helen's wonderful efforts and help her to achieve her fundraising total.
